Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders will ship 10-14 business days. We list the long processing time extremely conservatively so most times your order will ship before the 14 days. Please be aware during the holidays, orders will ship much closer to the 10-14 business day range, so please plan accordingly. Processing times are subject to change.

 

  • Please double check your shipping address BEFORE you place your order! Slinging Arrow Designs is NOT responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. If you notice that you have listed an incorrect address on an order try to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order with a request to change it. There is NO guarantee that it can be changed. Due to other orders we may be processing, we DON”T guarantee that we will see your message in time to get the address changed before we have processed your order.

 

  • Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items. In most cases, you can expect First Class packages to be delivered in 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail in 2-3 business days (from the date we ship).

 

  • Slinging Arrow Designs DOESN’T guarantee delivery times once your order is left at the mailing facility it is out of our hands.

  • Slinging Arrow Designs IS NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have left out hands. If your package has been lost please contact your local post office or mail carrier. Most of the time they can track the package and find the location that it was delivered.

 

  • Once your order is fulfilled in our system you will receive a tracking number at the email provided to us at the time of your order.

 

  • If you are in need of a certain item or the whole order by a certain date please contact me to see if it is something that I can accommodate. Rush orders are subject to rush order fee and of course expedited shipping charges. I can go over this with you when you contact us.  

 

Custom Orders

We can do custom orders on certain items. If this is something that you would be interested in please contact us.

*Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on item and time of the year. Again, that is being conservative to give us time to focus on your order.

*Custom orders are subject to a custom design fee and if the item needs to be rushed there is a rush order fee.

 

Cancelations


We do NOT accept cancellations in most situations. We get to work as soon as we receive your order to allow for quicker processing times.
